Our Customer Services department is
based at our head office in Watford. They will be happy
to assist with any general queries or questions you may

Our Leeds office deal with any existing EAL centre enquiries
relating to centre approval as well as new centre applications or
enquiries. Centre approval applications, centre revision
forms and assessor/internal verifier registrations are all dealt
with at Leeds.
