External Verifier (Electrotechnical)

EAL is currently recruiting for a new full-time External Verifier to join its Quality and Customer Support team. Based at home, and responsible for a territory in the North, you will ensure qualifications are delivered to a high quality and standard. As an EAL External Verifier you will also be responsible for business growth through the relationships you develop with both existing and new Centres.

Technical Authors

If you have experience in either teaching or assessing, and are a specialist in engineering and manufacturing, building services or environmental technologies, then we would like to hear from you.

We are constantly updating and developing our banks of multiple choice questions to maintain high quality externally assessed qualifications, and are looking for additional technical authors to join our team to help with this.

With a proven track record in teaching or assessing, we are looking for applicants with experience working in the following areas:

domestic sheet weathering, installation and maintenance techniques
solar photovoltaic systems (installation, commissioning, handover, inspection, servicing and maintenance)
plumbing
application of environmental protection measures within building services engineering
organisation of resources within building services engineering.
the fundamental working principles, installation options and regulatory requirements for micro-renewable energy and water conservation technologies
safe practices in building services engineering
heating and ventilation
electrical
gas utilisation.
