Available to support core production roles, the Food Manufacturing Excellence pathway within each of these Apprenticeships is aimed at providing the understanding and skills to deliver continuous improvement, increased productivity and further benefits associated with lean manufacturing.

Empowerment, culture development, and visionary leadership and management all feature prominently in these programmes, along with communication, behavioural skills and team-working.
