All awarding organisations provide External Verifiers (EVs), but with our External Verification Service, we go a step further.
Expert EV support that is dedicated to each Centre Our EVs provide a full time, dedicated support service for our recognised Centres. Each EV is a fully qualified, time served expert in the industries we serve, with experience and specific technical knowledge as well as a wider industry perspective. This means we can offer our Centres a unique level of expertise, consistency and responsiveness.
Unrivalled support package We regard our Centre relationships as partnerships, with our focus being on providing the support needed to facilitate high quality training delivery. In response to what our Centres tell us they value, their EV is available to visit as many times as necessary. And, it goes without saying that all our Centres have direct access to their EV, for any queries they may have.

Smarter Touch Whilst other awarding organisations have used the new 'lighter touch' regulations as a pretext to reduce their support to Centres and pass on the resource and cost burden of quality assurance, EAL has done the opposite. We've maintained our level of EV support, focusing our services to an even greater extent towards helping our Centres introduce best practice, improve completions and grow their businesses.
